Tasked with modernizing Altra’s existing website and making it more user-friendly, I led a redesign that prioritizes e-commerce KPIs through intuitive design. This included all navigation experiences, homepage, PLPs, PDPs and blog pages and overhauled all fonts, button styles and more while remaining on Altra’s current platform. After several iterations and rounds of user testing, we created a thoughtful design that incorporates what users were most interested in experiencing while driving sales performances.
